If your flowers delivered by florist were not delivered or attempted to be delivered on the day that you requested then your delivery fee can be waived. (This does not apply on Sunday orders, because service may not be available in some areas.)

FlowersToAll.com is not responsible for any orders arrived with delays do to acts of nature.
We will not be able to reimburse delivery fee or arrangement cost, but we can try to redeliver on a different day.

Please note that products shipped by UPS or FedEx may arrive earlier than expected and we can not reimburse the shipping or product costs.

If next day service is selected and product arrives in 2 days FlowersToAll.com will pay the difference between next day and 2 nd day delivery. FlowersToAll.com will not take any responsibility if delivery was attempted and no one was home.

FlowersToAll.com is not responsible for flowers or other shipped gifts or gift baskets left in offices were heat can cause some damage.

Florist may contact recipient to schedule a delivery. If recipient is too far from the florist and cannot be reached by telephone than delivery will be attempted as late possible and placed in a safe location away from direct sun and visible to recipient on the way home. FlowersToAll.com takes no responsibility on orders in this case if recipient is on vacation and flowers or gift baskets get damaged by staying out overnight or longer. We highly recommend you make sure recipient is home on scheduled delivery day. Holiday orders can not be canceled. If an order is agreed to be canceled $10.99 service/delivery fee may not be refundable.
